Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you seebefore confirming your order.
Q: Fitting the WSS-1 filter into your refrigerator:
A: We noticed that in certain refrigerators when your top shelf is at its highest level, it my be difficult to install the filter. You may need to first slide your shelf forward in order to insert the WSS-1 filter into the correct fitting.
Q: What is the difference between the WSW-1 and WSW-2 filters?
A: Whirlpool updated their filter model 4396508 to a newer model 4396510. The main changes were to the filtration media to make more claims on what the product does. We design and test the product to perform the same as the OEM filter it replaces. So in kind we have two filters as we find that many times people simply want the same filter as what they currently have. The WSW-1 is designed to directly replace the 4396508 and the WSW-2 is designed to directly replace the 4396510. However, as the filters are both exactly the same size they will interchangeably fit without any issue.
