Typographical Errors

In the event that an incorrect price was listed for any item on Filtersmarter.com, We shall have the right to cancel the order for the product listed and will notify the customer.

Images

We strive to do our best to list the appropriate image per product listing, but they are for reference to the product only. The image shown in some cases will only be a representation and may not be the actual item itself.

Placing an Order

All orders placed with Filtersmarter.com constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditioned listed on Filtersmarter.com. All prices, items, details and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays, however as some items may be out of stock or back ordered by the manufacterer, the item will be shipped as soon as possible. If the shipment is delayed for over 10 business days, the customer will be notified. If you received damaged shipment, please notify info@filtersmarter.com within 48 hours upon receiving the package. We will report a claim to the shipping company and the company will issue a damaged call tag and return the item to us. Do not send the damaged items back at your own expense.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all California orders, all other states will not be subjected to sales tax.

Returns

Returns for refund must be made within 14 days of purchase, the returning item must be unused, contain all documentation, instructions, hardware, original bill of sale reciept/packing slip and be in it's original saleable packaging. Before you return your item, you must first email us at info@filtersmarter.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Upon approval of return, the customer must send the item back prepaid shipping, collect payment shipments will not be accepted.

It is recommended that the customer insures the item with the shipping company for the full value of the item in case of loss/accident during shipment. There are no refunds on original shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Warranty

All merchandise sold by Filtersmarter.com is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions to the original purchaser for period specified by the manufacturer from the purchase date. All merchandise is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement. Filtersmarter.com, it's employees, suppliers and any parties affiliated shall not be held responsible for any type of damages, consequential or incidental, however caused.
